14 Minutes for 14K subscribers!! Thank you again for moving with us! Please remember to listen to your body, no pain no gain does NOT apply here! Pain is a signal telling you something's not right, so don't dance through pain. You can always march out through any step that is not right for you. And always be able to breathe easy as your dancing. You should be able to talk a little to your neighbor your dancing with. Although they probably won't be able to hear you, lol! Remember move what YOU can without pain. Make the moves your moves, from your heart.
Drink plenty of water, wear supportive shoes, with backs and arches, lol. And orthotics if your really smart, haha. Alright, Let's Dance Fitness!
