This cover of Paul McCartney's "Blackbird" is arranged by classical pianist and arranger, Alessandra Delfini, and performed by Amie Webster.

I immediately was drawn to this unique arrangement of this tune and was inspired to learn it for myself.

The original song was inspired by the civil rights movement and the oppression faced by black women in particular.
