Of course, this makes no sense. Real Paul RESISTED the planned drug agenda... and no matter what, he wasn't stupid enough to try to enter a foreign country with illegal drugs.
Faul saw no problem with any of it. He was a great influence in why weed (and LSD) exploded in the latter half of the 1960s and is a growing (no pun intended) problem worldwide. The stuff being grown is increasingly dangerous due to added chemicals in the hydroponic process.

There are three McCartney doubles in this video. The better to confuse you with about what McCartney looked like, says the big bad wolf.
There is no doubt that this Japan fiasco took place.
There is no doubt that whoever was arrested had different fingerprints than real Paul.
Paul was arrested in Germany in 1960 and printed. He was printed again, along with the entire band, entering Japan in 1966, as a routine matter of Japanese customs law.
