The session took place at the iconic Sony lot in Los Angeles, specifically on the Barbra Streisand Scoring Stage, known for hosting the recording of soundtracks for major films like Forrest Gump and Gone with the Wind. McCartney, now 82, shared that despite being the song’s writer, the experience was far from easy. Adapting the track to both his and Streisand’s vocal keys proved technically tricky and added unexpected stress to the process.
