The process I use starts with a complex impersonation work that requires re-recording every vocal line in young McCartney style, retaining specific nuances and inflections that are otherwise lost on regular AI covers. I do not work with original vocals at all, EVERY VOCAL IS 100% BUILT FROM SCRATCH and lead vocals usually need 10 or more good takes to get it started. Replacing harmonies, isolating different instruments and (re) remixing tracks are part of the job as well. Most of the work happens before AI even kicks in, which makes the difference.
