This is from the unedited TV station master tape (in color) of the Wings Melbourne concert that the "Wings Over Australia" TV special was edited from. This tape surfaced in 1995.
The beginning and a few other places on the tape had deteriorated very badly and when this tape was eventually released onto DVD those bad sections were replaced by the same footage from the Japanese broadcast.
A new transfer of the tape was bootlegged in 2019.
