The Beatles used the B Flat chord as modulation throughout their music, particularly in the song-writing of Paul McCartney. It often was a hook, surprising listeners and to many musicians evoked a 'where did that come from' response. B Flat as modulation is demonstrated for 5 Beatles songs: Here, There and Everywhere; Two of Us; Things We Said Today; Hey Jude; and Fool on a Hill.
