- Recorded January 31, 1969 during the Get Back/Let It Be sessions.
- Recorded in the studio on the last day of the sessions, the day after the rooftop concert.
- It is reported to be a Lennon/McCartney original song, but it is a cover.

- The song was recorded on a demo as "Tails Of Franky Rabbit" in a slower folk style.
