Step back in time with the original 1978 'Wings Greatest' TV advert—now still as great as ever to celebrate the 2025 self-titled 'WINGS' collection.

The original TV Advertisement features various everyman types singing or humming Wings songs - a man in the bath, a chef in his kitchen, two office girls, and a truck driver singing 'Band On The Run' out of tune. As he sings Paul, Linda and Denny drive past in an open top car and upon hearing the driver's voice Paul says: "Bit flat mate!"

The advert was shot at various locations: The junction of Addison Avenue, St James Gardens, Electronic Picture House, 191 Wardour St., Acorn Studios SW13 and Film House 142 Wardour St.
